When we started Outbooks, the idea was straightforward to build a reliable outsourcing partner for accounting firms and businesses who required support with their day-to-day work.

Today, we support over 200 customers globally and have worked across nearly 25,000 end clients. Our team has grown to more than 500 professionals, including qualified accountants, combining strong technical knowledge with practical delivery capacity.

For me, outsourcing is not just about cost. It is about giving firms the stability and confidence to grow, knowing their accounting and compliance work is in safe hands. We have built long-term relationships by staying practical, responsive and accountable in everything we deliver.

When we set up the delivery operations in India, the goal was straightforward, to build a team that could handle accounting work across multiple global markets and do it consistently, every time.

Managing offshore operations at this scale means staying focused on the things that actually matter: the quality of the work, the reliability of the process and the development of the people doing it. For me, operational excellence is not a target it is the baseline. Clients should not have to think about whether the work will be accurate or on time. That should be a given.

When Outbooks expanded into Australia, I saw it as an opportunity to build something meaningful, a team that could deliver reliable, high-quality accounting support to firms and businesses who needed a dependable partner on the ground.

With over 14 years of professional experience as a CPA and Partner at Vision Accounting, I bring both technical depth and a practical understanding of what clients actually need. In my role as Partner and Senior Advisor at Outbooks Australia, I lead the team and take direct responsibility for management reporting and making sure the work we deliver meets the standard our clients expect.

For me, accounting has always been about more than numbers. It is about building solutions that create real, positive outcomes for the businesses we work with. That requires strategic thinking, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to getting it right.
